Black Angus Burger
There are few things as alluring as a juicy burger right off the grill. A good quality patty, still juicy with a nice charred flavor, gently placed on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves, tomato and onion slices; topped up with sweated mushrooms and crispy flavourful veal bacon and sliced jalapeno (to spice it up) between a freshly baked bun, spread with a tomato-onion jam to give it a juicier moist texture when you dig your teeth within. Oh! And the sharp, piquant provolone cheese paired beautifully with the rich beef. Well, seasoned fries almost Belgian style and crispy onion rings made it a meal to remember.
