Risotto Di Mare

Mussels, clams, scallop, lobster & calamari amalgamated to make this delicious Risotto. The rice was cooked in Lobster bisque which gave it a rich creamy texture and white wine to balance the sweetness, mildly seasoned with parsley and black pepper; keeping in mind that it does not overpower the organic mild flavor from the seafood. Eat it while it’s warm. 🙂
