Salmon off the hook


I don’t know where to start… The fresh parsley and basil herbed tomato concasse, the garlicky lemony olive tapenade or the juicy flakey perfectly baked Salmon and vegetables, coz all of it was YUMMYLICIOUS!

It’s like everything on my plate complimented each other and also tasted delicious on its own. The Salmon was dispersing fragrance of olive oil it was cooked in and a faint taste of freshly crushed pepper tingling on my tongue.  A colourful plate of goodness!
